Conference of the Association of Serbian Banks - "Technological Revolution and Banking Law"

In the period from 15 -16 of March 2023 on Zlatibor, an annual conference of the Association of Serbian Banks was held under the slogan "Technological revolution and Banking law". Attorneys at law Dragana Lazović and Ana Todorović Ašanin attended the conference in front of the Stanković & Partners law office.

This year's conference was marked by interesting topics, excellent lecturers and an audience ready for dialogue and discussion. Among other things, the topics presented were "Digitalization and its impact on the operations of banks in Serbia", "Renewable energy sources and the specifics of the loan agreement", "Legal issues related to the operation of banks", "Legal consequences of the termination of the loan agreement with a currency clause in CHF" as well as the Institute of Mediation. During the two-day program, participants had the opportunity to hear and talk with expert lecturers from various relevant institutions and companies.
